Parientes

Parientes is a family-owned, ASE-certified auto repair shop in Milwaukee. Their customers are mostly Spanish-speaking, and they had no web presence at all. They didn't need a complex site — they needed a professional digital business card. Phone number, services, hours, location. We built exactly that, in both Spanish and English.

The goals

What the site needs to do

  • 01

Give a trusted local shop a professional online presence for the first time

  • 02

Make phone number, hours, and address instantly findable on any device

  • 03

List all services clearly so customers know what they handle before calling

  • 04

Serve their Spanish-speaking customer base with a fully bilingual site

What we're building

Key features

Full bilingual site

The entire site is available in both Spanish and English — not a translation widget, but two fully built pages. Spanish is the primary experience, matching the shop's core customer base.

Service breakdown

Eight service categories clearly listed — oil changes, brakes, engine diagnostics, transmission, tires, AC, electrical, and general repairs. Customers know what they handle before picking up the phone.

Contact and hours up front

Phone number, email, address, business hours, and 24/7 emergency availability — all visible without scrolling. The most important info is the first thing you see.

Mobile-first, fast-loading

No bloat, no unnecessary features. The site loads instantly on any connection — which matters when someone's searching for a mechanic from the side of the road.

Our approach

How we're thinking about it

Not every business needs a complex website. Ernesto knew exactly what his customers needed — a way to find his number, see what he works on, and know when the shop is open. We built a clean, fast site that does exactly that and nothing more. The bilingual build was the real priority — his customers primarily speak Spanish, so the site had to work for them first. This project is a good example of right-sizing: the client didn't pay for features they'd never use, and the result is a site that does its job perfectly.
